Specially trained paramedic and medical personnel in the field of rescue procedures form the backbone of any Disaster handling capability of a rescue set-up.
Therefore a need to professionally train state health workers was felt. As a result of which various workshops on Emergency Health Management focussing on Mass Casualty Management have been successfully conducted under the DRM Programme. The programme aims to build capacities of the First Responders (Police, Fire / Traffic personnel) to provide basic Life Support Care and ensure proper transportation to hospitals to minimise deaths and disabilities.
Our training also have a session covering the importance and aspects of Structural and Non-structural mitigation of lifeline buildings with special focus on Hospitals and Police stations.
We provide such training in association with St John Ambulance services and the United Nations Development Program.

Build Operate and Transfer schemes have been developed to get a project up in the shortest possible time. The challenge for finding the right resource to successfully implement this program is initially provided by us till the local skill sets are not brought up to the desired level of competence. This enables State Governments to successfully implement various projects and schemes.
